Refund and Returns Policy

At Babuvaly, we care about your child’s happiness and safety. We always strive to deliver high-quality toys that bring joy and fun. However, if there are any issues with your order, we want to make sure you have a smooth return and refund experience.
1. Conditions for Returns & Replacements
You may return your item if it meets the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 02 days of receiving the product.
- The toy must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact, along with a picture or video proof.
- If your order included a free promotional item, it must also be returned.
- All returned products are subject to inspection and approval by the Babuvaly team before a refund or replacement is processed.
- Replacements depend on stock availability. If the toy is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
- Shipping charges and Cash-on-Delivery fees are non-refundable.
2. Reasons for Returns & Replacements
You may request a return or replacement in the following cases:
- The toy is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You received the wrong item.
- The toy has a manufacturing defect or missing parts.
- The product’s color, design, or size does not match what you ordered.
3. How to Return
- Contact Babuvaly Customer Care via Messenger/Facebook Page within 02 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will review your request and may ask for photo/video proof.
- Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
- After inspection, if your return reason is valid, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued after we inspect and approve the returned product.
- If the toy is not available in stock for replacement, you will receive a full refund.
- For online payments (Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer), the refund will be credited back to the same payment method.
- If an online payment was duplicated due to a technical error, a refund will be issued.
- Refunds usually take 7–10 working days. If you don’t receive your refund within this time, please contact us via Messenger for assistance.
